At Perth Enrichment Program for Older Adults, our programs are designed for our clients to socialize and have fun with their peers. We engage in many activities throughout the day, including: bowling, entertainment, mental aerobics, travelogues, exercise, cards, word/memory games, music therapy and crafts to name a few. Our volunteers will receive training and orientation and as part of our team will be directly involved in all the implementation of all facets of the program.
Volunteers are asked to complete a Vulnerable Persons / Criminal Police check in order to participate in the program.

I can’t begin to express how much I enjoy the time I spend at the Perth Enrichment Program. The ladies on Wednesdays are a joy to be around. We always have a few laughs, and share some stories and adventures. Whether it be music therapy, field trips, paraffin wax treatments and manicures, or cognitive skill games on the ipad, the well- rounded and encouraging atmosphere is wonderful to witness and be a part of. I never leave without a smile on my face! It is truly my pleasure to be a volunteer at PEP. – Darlene Donnelly – The Investors Group
It has been my pleasure to be associated with the Perth Enrichment Program for Older Adults since February 2015 as a volunteer driver. My interaction with the clients has been very rewarding and I see firsthand how helpful and beneficial the program is…..on the drive home we laugh and discuss how much fun was had by all! Without question this program has made a positive change in not only the clients’ lives but also in mine. – Jamie Mannion
