COVID BOOKING UPDATE
For your information, the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is accepting third vaccination appointments for those that qualify. You are also able to reschedule a current appointment if an earlier date is available. To book or rebook use the Province’s online booking tool at www.ontario.ca/bookvaccine or the Provincial Booking Phone-line at 1-888-999-6488, opens Monday 8:00am till 8:00pm. If you have any trouble, please don’t hesitate to contact PEP at 613-201-7172 so we can assist you.
We ask all clients and visitors complete your COVID screening every morning before attending PEP and to be sure to wear a mask when attending PEP.
If you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19:
- Fever (temp. of 37.8 degree C / 100.0 degrees F or greater) and or chills
- Cough (new or worsening)
- Shortness of breath
- Decrease or loss of taste or smell
- For children (under 18 years old);nausea, vomiting and/ or diarrhea
- For adults (18 years or older): fatigue, lethargy, malaise and / or myalgias
OR you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or someone who has any of the above symptoms, please delay your visit AND contact either your health care provider, Telehealth Ontario (1-866-797-0000), or visit an Assessment Centre for testing.
You must seek medical advice before returning to PEP.
